As we sit down to watch the NFL playoffs with our family, we can't help but reflect on how these four elements have shaped our lives.

NFL football has always been a part of our family's tradition. My husband, a lifelong fan, grew up watching the games with his father. When we got married, he introduced me to the world of football, and I quickly became a fan as well.
